Выращиваю Австралийских раков и не только. Преимущества Австралийского рака. В два раза больше мяса, достигают большего размера (до 400-500гр, если выращивать в пруду, в УЗВ до 300гр) Полный производственный цикл (от личинки до личинки) всего 7-8 месяцев, против 3-4 лет у речных, да и нерест круглогодичный, 3-4 раза в год, меньшая требовательность к условиям содержания. Экологически безопасный вид в плане полного исключения возможности акклиматизации. 70% пищи приходится на растительную и при-но 30% на пищу из животного про-дения. Живу территориально в Воронеже.
