В наш 21 век редко встретишь грамотных тренеров и спортсменов, которые хорошо разбираются в своём деле. Имеют элементарные знания в науках, смежных со спортом, и умеют применять эти знания на практике. Почему-то тренеры начинают сами выдумывать непонятные системы тренинга, которые, мало того, не подкреплены никакими научными данными, а ещё и жёстко нарушают все законы биологии. Гробят здоровье и так сильно удлиняют путь спортсмена к его мечте, что большинство людей не выдерживают этого пути и вдобавок остаются с огромными проблемами со здоровьем на всю жизнь.
