أسرار نجاح مخبز الكوكاو طري ومعسل مع طلية تبقى طرية لأطول مدة فضلا وليس امرا متابعة لحساباتي 🥰 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/linacuisine1/profilecard/?igsh=MWlmbjJnZm4yNDFqYw== Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100066682703232&mibextid=LQQJ4d&mibextid=LQQJ4d Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@linacuisine27?_t=8ru7TgGHEOM&_r=1 المكونات (30 حبة) 3 كيلات كوكاو محمص أصفر ومطحون (750غ) كيلة إلا ربع سكر عادي ونطحنوه رطب (280غ) مبشور ليمونتين ملعقتين كبيرتين عصير ليمون ملعقة كبيرة ماء الزهر عطر اللوز الحلو ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا نصف ملعقة كبيرة زبدة بيضة كاملة +صفار بيضتين ثم نخلط بيضة كاملة ونضيف تدريجيا ♦️نحمص الكوكاو بلا مايتحمر ونطحنو وهو سخون باش يجي على حبة واحدة ومايخرجش البودرة لانها تخلي المخبز معجن …♦️نطحن السكر لوحده ونعاود نطحنو مع الكوكاو حتى نتحصل على قوام رقيق مثل الطعام وليس بودرة ♦️العجينة تكون طرية نوعا ما لانو الكوكاو يتشرب ومع ترتاح راح يولي القوام متماسك ♦️العجينة بعدما ترتاح يكون قوامها متماسك وكي نضغطو عليها نلقاوها طرية .. ماتكونش يابسة وماتكونش طرية بزاف طيح فالفرن ♦️نفركو العجينة براحة اليد جيدا باش تتعسل ونخلوها ترتاح 4-6 ساعات ♦️مانفركوش العجينة وهي يابسة حتى نتأكدو انها طرية لانو راح تطلق الزيت كي نبغو نزيدولها البيض ♦️الطهي مدة 10 دقائق فقط ♦️يبرد تماما قبل مانطليه الطلية كيلة بياض بيض (30غ) كيلة ماء الزهر كيلة حليب كانديا كيلة زيت ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا ملعقة صغيرة ملون أبيض حوالي 50غ عصير ليمون حوالي 700غ سكر ناعم ♦️نحط كل المكونات ونخلط جيدا حتى تتجانس ثم نبدا نضيف السكر الناعم المغربل ونخلط جيدا حتى نحس بيه ذاب نضيف كمية أخرى ونواصل بنفس الطريقة حتى نتحصل على عجينة متماسكة نعجنها جيدا ثم نفتحها بعصير الليمون (ضروري تكون العجينة متماسكة باش تدي كمية مليحة من عصير الليمون لانو هو لي يمدلها الذوق ويكسر لها الحلاوة) حتى نتحصل على قوام سائل وثقيل في نفس الوقت (ينزل بشكل متقطع) …نقوم بتجربة الطلية على الملعقة …نغطيها بكيس ونخليها ترتاح ساعتين حتى تخرج منها الفقاعات #مخبز #مخبز_الكوكاو #حلويات #حلويات_جزائرية #اكسبلور #ترند #الجزائر #وصفات #طبخ #foodie #recipe #dessert #foodies #trend #trending #trendingshorts #explore #foryou #foryoupage #recipe #reels
