Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.me/suhasdishes المقادير: 900 غرام لحمة خروف 5 اكواب ماء ملعقة طعام ملح المواد العطرية: بصلة كبيرة ونصف مقطعة. ثلاثة اضلاع كرافس مقطع. 2 فص ثوم مقطع. عود قرفة. 10 حب هال. 4 كبش قرنفل. 3 ورق غار. نصف ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود حبوب. 2 ملعقة طعام سمنة طريقة تحضير السمنة بالبيت على الرابط التالي: https://youtu.be/5KSRs38XcZM?si=JZWl9amGA6tQqvv8 كوب ونصف (200 غرام) بصل شرائح 6 فصوص ثوم (20 غرام) مهروسين مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح نصف غالون (1.89 ليتر او 2 كيلو) لبن عيران ملعقتان طعام (16 غرام) نشا الذرة نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح طريقة طبخ الارز المفلفل مع الشعيرية على الرابط التالي: https://youtu.be/2LvgZ2AkVSc?si=iZtAiIcUZEC0yz5B Ingredients: 900 g (2 pounds) lamb loin chops (or lamb shanks bones in) 5 cups water 1 tbsp salt Aromatics ingredients: onion cut into quarters (I used 1 medium onion and a half), 3 celery ribs cut into chunks, 2 large garlic cloves (sliced), 1 cinnamon stick, 10 cardamom pads, 4 cloves, 3 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp whole black pepper 2 tbsp ghee How to make homemade ghee on this link: https://youtu.be/5KSRs38XcZM?si=JZWl9amGA6tQqvv8 1 1/2 cups (200 g) sliced onions 6 cloves (20 g) minced garlic + 1/2 tsp salt one half gallon (1.89 L) of yogurt drink (original) 2 tbsp (16 g) corn starch 1/2 tsp salt 🌹Instructions🌹 1. Place the meat in a medium (5 Qt) pot and pour in the water. Cover the pot and place it over high heat. Bring to a boil. 2. Skim the foam that floats to the surface, using a large spoon and discard. Add the salt and the aromatics ingredients. 3. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 3 hours. 4. In a medium pan sauté the onions with ghee on medium-high heat until softened and light golden about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside. 5. Transfer the meat to a plate and strain the broth. Remove the bones from the meat and set aside. 6. Place the yogurt in a medium pot, then  remove 1 cup of yogurt to a measuring cup or small bowl and mix  with corn starch until well dissolve. Strain the yogurt corn starch mixture into the yogurt pot and mix well. Place the pot over high heat and stir constantly until boiling. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7.  Add the cooked onions with garlic, then add the cooked meat. Stir and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
