#卓溪DOC #部落影音紀錄【伊舒的小米酒】是花蓮縣卓溪鄉古風村 – 伊舒阿嬤的故事。她從三十年前跟著婆婆製作小米酒，雖然目前已經找不到自製酵母的天然植物材料，但她不放棄這項布農族祭典節慶的重要飲食傳統。數十年來，她的小米酒在卓溪鄉各大祭典都可以品嘗到。卓溪數位機會中心(卓溪DOC)從數年前開始與伊舒阿嬤合作，推廣小米酒，直到近年阿嬤身體已不若往日健朗，卓溪DOC與阿嬤討論，都希望這樣「部落媽媽的味道」可以傳承下去，因此舉辦了「伊舒的小米酒-傳承教學課」。並拍成紀錄影片，希望時間可以讓味道持續流傳，無論過多少年。 🌾感謝協力完成的大家 #伊舒的小米酒 #宇晴虹電影工作室 #嗡嗡私廚 #卓溪鄉Takisvilainan家族 #與每位參與的學員
