碎屍案死者蔡天鳳前家翁鄺球，早前被揭發手持價值逾7000萬元豪宅單位下，仍以綠表買入居屋單位。上個月的立法會大會上，議員謝偉俊指事件反映公屋和居屋分配機制有重大漏洞，需要盡快堵塞。議員的提問帶出了兩點：（一）綠表資格購買居屋的入息及資產限制；（二）現行的公屋富戶政策是否存在漏洞。房委會資助房屋小組日前開會討論收緊「綠表」買家資格，即買家在買入居屋前的24個月，不得在香港擁有物業，與「白表」看齊。不過，委員會就未有討論境外資產問題與公屋富戶政策。新一期居屋今年年中接受申請，以上做法是否能及時堵塞，以免珍貴公共房屋資源再被濫用？
