Pour hot oil over them, then add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, and a pinch of white pepper powder. Mix well. Pour the seasoning over the pork ribs, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes. 3️⃣ Soak the vermicelli until soft, then cut into small sections. Evenly spread the marinated pork ribs over the vermicelli, avoiding overlap. Once the water boils, place the dish in the steamer and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
