主持人：呂捷 來賓：監獄教誨師黃明鎮 引言： 曾是警察的黃明鎮擔任監獄教誨師多年，也和多名死刑犯和重刑犯對談過，包括在捷運隨機殺人的鄭捷、白曉燕案的陳進興﹑王水溶屍案的洪曉慧和媽媽嘴蛇蠍女謝依涵等等，他談到鄭捷的魔，覺得很心痛，他說到最後鄭捷都沒有悔悟，槍決前遺言是這句，但說到這名死刑犯，卻讚他是條漢子！ 由於人權道德爭議過大，法務部已修法禁死囚器捐，但陳進興的心臟現在還在跳！因為他當年槍決伏法後，一名年輕男子移植了他的心臟，之後還和照顧他的護理師結為連理並孕育下一代。其實除了陳進興，也有一個惡徒器捐救了40人！ 為愛傻過洪曉慧向黃明鎮說，重選一次，她會選擇讓。看似傷害性不大的謝依涵，事後終於坦承她心中種了萬惡之根「貪財」。 還有那個死刑犯最後穿著一身白伏法，他悔悟了？他最終該死還是該活或許難解，黃明鎮認為，有悔意的活著最後能帶給被害者家屬救贖，但被主持人呂捷問到是不是支持廢死？他認為，如果一個人就是選擇做壞人，為什麼別人要幫他廢死？更多人性善惡的解構，與請鎖定10月11日的《豈有此呂》。 內容： ★神話KTV縱火犯 槍決後器捐救40人 ★鄭性澤一句話 黃明鎮嗅出不尋常 ★支持終身監禁 讓死刑犯賠償被害人及家屬 ★台死刑犯有15%可能誤判 美也有7:1
