Ne brini, u ovom receptu sam vam pokazala sve trikove uz koje će balon lepinje uspijeti svaki put. Recept za balon lepinje nije toliko važan koliko je važna tehnika pravljenja. Možda ste i probali mnoge recepte ali ni jedan ne uspjeva kao što vi to vidite na videu. E uz ove trikove bi vam sve lepinje trebale uspjeti. Prvi trik je da se loptice ne trebaju previše premijesiti i da se trebaju dobro pritisniti pri oblikovanju kruga. Drugi trik je da se lepinje ne smiju previše razvući tako da ima dovoljno tijesta da drži vazduh te da se balon formira. Treći trik je da se prije stavljanja u tavu lepinje moraju pritisnuti prstima okolo da bi se izbjgelo stvaranje rupica koje kasnije ispuštaju vazduh. I četvrti trik je da lepinje ne smiju previše nadoći inače će se stvoriti osjetljivi balončići koji lako pucaju.
