You really should give it a try! #porkloin #budgetfriendly #crockpotrecipes #ovenfriendly #familyfriendly #easy #inexpensive DELICIOUS JUICY BALSAMIC PORK LOIN ROAST Boneless pork loin, 4 to 5 pounds 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes (opt.) 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce ½ cup chicken broth Balsamic glaze (I used pre-made Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Place pork loin in a foil lined baking dish, lean side up. Rub the top of the loin with half of the dry rub mixture. Turn the loin over, fat side up, and rub with remaining dry rub. We will be cooking the loin Fat Side Up. Don’t worry if all of the rub doesn’t stick. Mix the chicken broth and the Worcestershire sauce together. Pour into the pan with your roast. Don’t pour directly over the meat – you don’t want to wash your seasoning off. Cover tightly with foil. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes per pound of meat. Roast should register 145 degrees internal temperature when done. About 15 minutes before roasting time is up (you will need to judge according the size of your roast), remove roast from the oven and uncover. Place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes to brown up a little. Remove from oven and brush well with balsamic glaze – premade or you can make your own. Put your roast back in the oven for about 5 minutes for the glaze to get nice and bubbly, set and adhere to the meat. Remove from the oven for the last time, cover with foil to keep warm, and let meat rest. Slice the roast and enjoy!
