Now run by the family’s 6th generation owner, the company blends a fresh, youthful spirit with the time-honored tradition of Odawara Kamaboko craftsmanship. The current owner has been working at the shop for 15 years now, ever since graduating from university. 5 years ago, he officially took over the family business and now the family’s legacy rests in his hands as he honors their past while also responsible for shaping their businesses future.
