This pepper steaks recipe is so so delicious and easy to make at home. Just steak and a few ingredients and you have tasty stir fried beef with fluffy basmati rice. INGREDIENTS 1.5 lb Skirt steak, cut into thin stripes Salt and pepper 2 tbs Rice flour, to coat and thicken sauce 1 Tsp Corn starch, to coat and thicken sauce 2 Tbs vegetable oil 1 Green bell pepper, cut into julienne 1 Red bell pepper cut into julienne 1 orange bell pepper , cut into julienne 1 White onion, cut into julienne 1 tbs garlic, chopped 1 tbs ginger , minced 3 Tbs Tamari sauce ( Gluten free soy ) 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil 1 Tsp Honey Scallions and Cilantro to cook and garnish.
