Add onions, salt, sugar, pepper, and cook until browned. Add flour and mix well. Add vinegar to deglaze. Pour in water, add soup mix + oregano. Bring to boil, then simmer 45 minutes. ⸻ 🍝 Alfredo Sauce • 2 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp oil • 6 crushed garlic cloves • 1 container Parmesan cheese • 1 qt heavy cream • Salt + pepper ⸻ 🍩 Sourdough Donuts • 500g bread flour • 100g active starter • 60g sugar • 10g salt • 100g eggs (about 2) • 220g milk • 100g butter Instructions: Add starter, milk, eggs → mix. Add sugar, then flour + salt. Once dough forms, add butter. Knead 15 minutes until smooth + windowpane. Refrigerate overnight.
