Chicken Meatballs to DIE for! My Asian Style Version!

Follow me on Instagram for more tasty food: @HowsItCooking Consider subscribing to our lifestyle channel: https://YouTube.com/c/JoenRudeFalsner Chicken Meatballs Recipe: YOU NEED: 65g finely chopped onion 400g ground chicken meat. 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 1 tsp fresh black pepper 1 egg 3 tbsp flower 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp herbal oil or green pesto HOW'S IT COOKING: 1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to a sticky consistency and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 2) Preheat the oven to 200 celcius on hot air. 3) Form the meatballs using one hand and spoon and place them on the frying pan covered with a baking sheet. You can also fry them on the pan if you prefer. 4) Let them bake for 15-20 minutes and then cool for 5 minutes. The Coconut rice YOU NEED: 200g wild rise 300 ml coconut water Pinch of salt 1 bay leaf Optional: 2 Jamaican pepper corn and 1 clove HOW IT IS COOKING: 1) Rinse the rice from starch and let it sit in a bowl covered with cold water for at least 30 minutes. 2) Drain the rice from water and move them into a small pot or casserole. 3) Cover the rice with the coconut water and a pinch of salt and aromatics. 4) Bring it to a boil for 8-12 minutes or until water has steamed away. 5) Remove the rice from the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Let it sit and rest for 5 minutes. Sweet Soy Sautéed Vegetables YOU NEED: 50 g chorizo 100 g mushroom of choice 150 g broccoli 1 chili fruit 1 piece om ginger (2 cm x 1 cm) 2 tbsp sweet soy 2 tbsp white soy (You can use normal soy) 2 tbsp oil of choice for frying HOW'S IT COOKING: 1) Cut the chorizo into small cubes 2) Finely chop the ginger 3) Chop the chili into fine slices 4) Remove the stamp of the mushrooms and cut each into four pieces. 5) Rinse the broccoli and cut it into small buckets. 6) In a big pan or wok, heat up the oil and once it's very hot, fry the chorizo. 7) Once the chorizo is getting crispy, reduce heat and add the ginger and chili. Give it a stir before adding the buckets of broccoli and let them cook until they start getting tender. 8) Add in the mushrooms and let them cook until they look glazed and tender. 9) Now pour the sweet soy and soy over the dish and stir. Let it incorporate into the dish for two minutes before removing it from the heat. Topping YOU NEED: Fresh chili Chopped peanuts Freshly chopped cilantro and mint
