Follow me on Instagram for more tasty food: @HowsItCooking ⬇⬇⬇ FULL KETO BURGER RECIPE BELOW ⬇⬇⬇ THE KETO BURGER: How To: Easy & Fast Pickled Cucumber for Two Burgers: - 50 - 60g cucumber sliced up thinly - 2 tbsp olive oil - 3 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar - 1 clove garlic (crushed) - ½ tsp himalayan salt - Black pepper - (Optional 1 tsp dijon mustard) How To: 3 Keto Beef Patties - 300 g ground beef (the higher fat percentage the better) - Sweet paprika - Garlic - Ground black pepper - ½ tsp Himalayan salt + a bit more for frying - Ground Piri piri or chili flakes (optional) - Butter for frying - 3 - 4 slices of your favorite cheese. How To: Keto Sponge Bread for Two Burgers - 2 eggs - 30 g melted butter - 60 g almond flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 pinch of salt - 1 tsp Italian spice mix - 2 tsp minced garlic How To: Stuffing for Two Keto Burgers - 4 slices of bacon - 3 slices of tomato - 2 slices of onion - 2 handfuls of rocket salad - 2 tbsp mayonnaise (Sugar free) - 2 tbsp green pesto (Sugar free) - 1 tbsp 100% tomato puré - 1 tsp dijon mustard (low sugar content) 1) First make the pickled cucumbers by mixing olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined. If you are using mustard you can also add that in. 2) Add the thinly sliced cucumber and mix. 3) Set it aside while cooking the rest of the burger. 4) Now it's time for the beef patties. Mix the ground beef with the spices in a bowl. 5) Use your hands to form the beef patties on a cutting board. Make sure that the beef patties are nice and even and also a little thinner as you want them to be. 6) Use a normal knife to make small grooves in the beef patties on both sides. This is done for the salt (that we are adding later) to set into the meat when frying the beef patty. 7) Before frying the beef patties just set them aside and let them rest while we are making our keto sponge bread. 8) The sponge bread is easy to make as it is made in a little container. Make sure that you use a round container that is microwave friendly in the approximate measurements (diameter 12 cm or 4.7 inches) 9) For the sponge bread batter you will start by combining almond flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian spices in a medium bowl. 10) Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and add that to the batter until it's evenly mixed in. 11) Add two eggs to the batter as well as the garlic and combine it well before pouring it into the mold. (Because we are making two buns you should only use half of the batter and make the bread over two times) 12) Bake the batter in the microwave for 2 minutes. 13) Cut the buns open with a knife and let them rest. 14) Now add some butter in a pan and once it starts melting, fry the bacon in the pan. Let it fry until it has the texture you like. 15) Remove the bacon and let it rest on a paper towel to get it more crispy. 16) Now add a bit more butter to the pan as you are ready to fry the beef patties. 17) First, add a bit of salt to the beef patties and make sure your pan is on medium heat. 18) When the butter is getting slightly golden you add the beef to the pan. Let it cook 2-3 minutes before flipping it. 19) Once you flip the beef patties to fry the other side you are gonna add the cheese on the already fried side and let the beef finish on the pan for another 2-3 minutes. 20) Set the patties aside on a cold plate to rest while you toast the bread buns on the already greasy pan. 21) Toast the buns for approximately two minutes on each side or until they are golden and have a crispy surface. 22) Now it's time to assemble the burgers as shown in the video.
