This video is a healthy and delicious Korean seaweed soup recipe. You can make a rich chicken stock out of chicken drumsticks from Costco. This soup is great served with a bowl of steamed rice or make it for your loved one who is feeling under the weather. This soup is a flu-season must! 🥣 Stock/broth formula : The amount of water needed for making stock is determined by the weight of the ingredient. If using bones or meat with bones, the water weight is three times the ingredient. In this case, the drumsticks weigh 24 oz, so the amount of water required is 72 oz (24x3=72) which is 9 cups; I’ve decided to add one extra cup due to the bones being cooked for 2 hours.
