Here is one the most delicious, satisfying and filling salads for your summer tables! - Ingredients 600 g red cabbage, finely chopped 200 g Persian beef ham, diced or sliced 200 g pickles, finely chopped 1 medium carrot, grated 150 g cooked green peas 200 g sweet corn - The Sauce 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried thyme - Instructions 1. Prepare the Ingredients Use half of a medium-sized red cabbage and chop it very finely. Then dice or slice the ham into small rectangles. In this recipe, I used Persian beef ham — it has a smoky, garlicky, and tangy flavor that really elevates the salad compared to regular ham. You can usually find Persian beef ham in Iranian or most Asian supermarkets.
