In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and sugar using a spatula. 2. Whisk two eggs in a separate bowl, then gradually add them to the butter mixture while mixing. Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. 3. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. 4. Add the chocolate chips and fold until evenly incorporated. 5. Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. 6. On a lined baking sheet, place your preferred crackers, topping each with one large marshmallow and two pieces of milk chocolate. 7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) while you prepare the cookies. 8. Take two scoops of cookie dough, flatten it in your palm, and gently drape it over the cracker, marshmallow, and chocolate stack.
