Hace dos años muchos se consternaron por el secuestro y muerte de un niño de apenas 13 años, Sebastián, quien fue raptado, prácticamente, de la puerta de su escuela, torturado durante varios días hasta morir asfixiado. Su frágil y pequeño cuerpo fue enterrado cerca al río y un mes después de su desaparición, fue desenterrado por unos canes.
