In this video, I explore the unseen side of northern Sri Lanka — a region often overlooked by tourists who stick to the south coast. I kick things off by renting a motorbike, which is always the best way to get around in Asia. First stop: a highly rated spot for dosa and chai, before heading to Jaffna Market to browse, snack, and pick up a very juicy mango. From there, I ride up to Point Pedro — the northernmost tip of the island — then make a spontaneous beach stop. I didn’t have trunks or a towel, but went for a dip anyway (rude not to).
