In this follow-up to part one of my ADHD journey, I finally have an official diagnosis at 44 years old. In this video I talk honestly about what it is like to discover you have ADHD later in life, how it has affected my mental health, and why having it written down in an official report has been such a relief. I am also joined by Siân, the specialist who carried out my assessment, for a Q&A based on your questions from the comments and social media.
