In this travel vlog I'll show you the real Fes (or Fez). The grandest of Morocco's grand imperial cities is known as the country’s cultural capital. The Fes El Bali walled medina is largest Islamic medieval city in the world, where life goes on mostly as it has for hundreds of years. Even the "new", or middle city - Fes El Jdid, dates to around the 13th century! I'll show you not just the sights of the Fes El Bali medina such as the famous Tannery Sidi Moussa, but also around the streets and day to day life. The greatest joy of the medina is not an individual sight, it's simply walking around, getting lost and taking it all in.
