To bypass the need to use a Microsoft account to login to Windows 11. This allows a local Adminstrator account to be used rather than an account tied to Microsoft and their business partners. After the initial Windows 11 setup, press shift + F10 to bring up the Command Prompt. Click on the Window to make it the active Window. Now type in oobe\BypassNRO and then press enter. This will reboot the system. Next when setup resumes we need to press shift + F10 again to bring up the Command prompt. Again click on the Window to make it the active Window. Now type in ipconfig /release and then press enter This will disconnect your Internet connection. This forces the option for I don't have an Internet connection and allow a local Administrator account to be created. After Windows 11 desktop opens reboot the computer again to gain Internet access. If the Internet still won't connect. from the search bar look for CMD and open a command prompt and type IPconfig /renew and this should give the Computer a new IP address and Internet connectivity. Also if you are using new hardware that Windows 11 doesn't have built in drivers for, You will need to download the drivers from the motherboard manufacturers website on another computer and transfer them on a USB stick.
