In my new video you can see How to make Cake at home and there is a very detailed Cake Decorating Tutorial. I bake 2 lovely vanilla cakes that are put together with a creamy white Chocolate Ganache. Out of this recipe I get 42 mini cakes, you can make half if you think it's too many. If you make half, remember to only make half a potion of Ganache. If you are a beginner in making cakes, you can easily follow my video. The whole video is at a leisurely pace and I show a very detailed Decorating Tutorial. There are both easy and difficult decorations so you can make the ones you like best. 2 of the cakes are decorated with a rose and a bow respectively. They are made of modeling Chocolate and at the end of the video I show how to make them. It is very easy to work with modeling Chocolate because it does not dry, only if it has been left for a whole day without being wrapped. You also get a good tip in the video for what to do if you don't have much chocolate to dip in. When I have cut out all the cakes, there is some cake left over, I store it in the freezer and make some delicious Cake pops another day. It's fun to make cakes at home and I always think that friends and family really appreciate that the cakes are homemade.
