This is the most perfect way you can make french fries. I do admit that it does take a few steps to achieve perfection. But it's totally worth it. This is my method of making the most perfect friend fries. You will be making fries that are crispy and crunchy. We will first boil the potatoes then fry them twice for that awesome crispiness. C H A P T E R S 0:00 Crunch Test 0:40 Cut the Potatoes 1:07 Boil the cut Fries 2:14 Starch the Fries 2:53 First Frying 3:29 Second Frying 3:57 Final Thoughts M E T H O D 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them 1 cm thick. Keep them submerged in water. Wash the fries by replacing water. 2. Boil the cut Fries for 2-3 minutes. after cooking throw away water and wash them again with cold water. 3. Starch the potatoes 4. You will be frying these twice. - First fry for 8 minutes at 130C or 270F. - Second Fry for 2-3 minutes at 200C or 400F.
