Every Sunday morning I make Waffles for breakfast. This waffle recipe is great for 2 people as it only makes 2 waffles total. These Waffles are pretty good as they are fluffy and light and airy as well. They do have a little crispiness on the outside. I highly recommend that you try out this waffle recipe! For this recipe, you will need a waffle maker. If you don't have one then you can get one from here: https://amzn.to/37HLW7h I N G R I D I E N T S Sugar - 4tsp or 16g Butter - 2 tbsp or 28g Baking Powder - 2tsp or 8g Flour - 1 cup or 120g Chocolate Chips 1tbsp or 10g Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp or less than 1g Large Egg - 1 whole Salt 1/4 tsp or 2g Water 1 Cup or 250ml M E T H O D 1. In a bowl, separate egg whites, and yolk. Whisk Egg White and gradually add sugar. It should become white and frothy. If you can't form peaks that's fine. 2. Next add in Butter, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Also, add in the Flour and Water. Mix well and once it's all mixed add in egg yolk. The batter should not be thick or watery. Should be like apple sauce consistency. 3. Heat up your waffle maker. Spray with some cooking spray or use oil and a paper towel to grease your waffle maker. 4. Pour over the batter into the waffle maker. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the Ready light turns on. 5. Enjoy your delicious waffles.
