From climbing like Spider-Man to lifting weights that seem physically impossible, these are the people that had me questioning reality. I met a guy who can climb up a two-story rooftop, a girl who can pull trucks with her bare hands, and even someone who throws knives for fun. I trained with a competitive strongwoman, learned precision movement from elite freerunners, faced off in a ninja warrior course, and even got beat in a pull-up contest by someone half my size. Every single one of these people pushes the human body to its absolute limit — and together, we brought them all into one epic superhero showdown to find out who’s really the most powerful.
