After blowing up on YouTube, I let my health slip and hit 245 pounds, eating junk food and living an unhealthy lifestyle. So I decided to do something about it. For the next 100 days, I trained like a real superhero to completely transform my body and mindset. I pushed myself harder than ever, starting with wall-scaling workouts alongside Tarzan, the real-life Spider-Man, and getting life advice from Casey Neistat during a 5 a.m. run through New York City. I trained with Larry Wheels, who lifts nearly 1,000 pounds, fought a 500-pound sumo wrestler, got slapped mid-set by ex-prisoners, and even recovered with puppy yoga. Along the way, I got fitness advice from MrBeast, went through Bryan Johnson’s anti-aging morning routine, survived ice baths with Mark Rober, and trained inside a Disney cruise ship gym surrounded by superheroes. I didn’t just work out—I built superhero bedrooms, ran across the Golden Gate Bridge, and pushed through every mental and physical challenge thrown my way. After 100 days, I’d lost over 40 pounds, gained real confidence, and finally started to feel like the superhero I always wanted to be.
