I'll teach you how to make the special marinade that uses kiwi to tenderize the meat and I'll show you how to turn that marinade into a delicious pan sauce. We're also going to explore two cooking methods for the short rib. One is pan frying and the other is sous vide to see if one version gives us a better short rib in the end.
