Every new image of 3I/ATLAS seems to make less sense than the last. On November 5, the Lowell Discovery Telescope captured the interstellar object glowing an eerie, electric green — yet still hiding its tail, even while shedding mass and accelerating as no ordinary comet should. Scientists insist the color comes from diatomic carbon excited by sunlight… but without a dust tail, that chemistry doesn’t quite add up. Now, as 3I/ATLAS drifts farther from the Sun, its light keeps changing, its motion keeps twisting, and the mystery keeps deepening. Each new frame looks less like a natural object and more like something built — or at least, something we still don’t understand…
