From there, the cheese went rogue and the whole experience turned into a Choose You Own Adventure thing. Molds ran wild and I scrambled to figure out how to respond, experimenting with everything from light salt brine washes to dry rubs to a cocoa and pepper oil rub. And then I gave up and ate it.
