Adrian lives in this shockingly tiny 110 ft² apartment in downtown Ottawa, Canada (it was originally advertised at just 95 ft²!). He has lived in this extremely small studio apartment for 4 years and has experimented with different setups to make it functional and comfortable. Right now, he has a self-built home office desk with a custom made DIY spring loaded Murphy bed above it. He also built storage around the shower stall to create a space saving closet area. In his kitchen, he installed a 2-burner induction cooktop into the counter, a bar fridge at eye level for easy access, and he has a wall-mounted rod for hanging pots and pans. Adrian is a videographer and is starting up his business which is why he chose to live in a tiny affordable space – to keep expenses low and take the pressure off. His rent is $700/month in Canadian Dollars, which includes all utilities and a parking space.
