Making A Custom Bag From Leather & Wood | Leather-craft

Video Description

In this project video, I create a custom leather bag that features both a wooden grab handle and wooden side gussets. The bag is made from a combination of natural vegetable tanned leather and poplar hardwood. The interior of the bag is lined with a black pigskin liner and the exterior of the bag is dyed with a royal blue and black sunburst fade. The front cover is held in place with a nickel plated tuck-lock clasp that matches the bags remaining nickel plated nails & hardware. Some basic part dimension are included at the end of the video for anyone who would like to try a similar project.
