There are 8 exercises, each being performed for either 30, 40, or 50 seconds (depending on your ability level). If you are a beginner, you will perform each ab exercise for 30 seconds and rest the remaining 30 seconds before the next exercise. Intermediates doing this ab workout will go for 40 seconds and rest 20 seconds between exercises. For the advanced out there, 50 seconds of work before 10 seconds of rest. Don’t worry if you have trouble making it all the way through on each exercise; you will be doing this ab workout over the course of the next 28 days, so you will be able to build up your endurance on these ab exercises and be able to last the entire 50 seconds on each exercise as you look to carve out your 6 pack. When it comes to influencing the lower abs, we need ab movements that bring the pelvis closer to your trunk by bringing your legs up towards your fixed torso. For the fibers of the upper abs, we want top down movements, meaning you are bringing your torso closer to your fixed pelvis.
