Your support means a lot ❤️ Finnish Pancake ( Pannukakku) recipe - ¾ cup all purpose flour - 2 tbsp white sugar - ¼ tsp salt - ½ tsp baking powder - 1 medium egg - 300 ml milk, room temperature - 25 grams melted butter - In a medium size bowl, mix all dry ingredients - Add egg, milk and melted butter ( add vanilla extract but optional ) - Gently mix until incorporated, a little bit of remaining lumps is okay - Let the batter rest while preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius - Brush some butter on the baking dish and pour in the batter - Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for the first 20 mins and reduce heat to 180 and bake for another 20 minutes - In the video, I am using 20X20cm baking dish. Adjust your baking time according to the size of your dish. - Serve it with cream and berry jam or anything else your heart desires. - Enjoy! #slowliving #simpleliving #silentvlog
