Video Description

The NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development joined NYU Washington, DC for a discussion on the importance of maintaining self-identity in a diverse workplace. Executive-level panelists from varied backgrounds discussed the value of preserving an open environment that promotes acceptance and inclusion, and the implications that follow when institutional culture deters and stifles talent. This dialogue provided thoughtful insight on establishing a culture that combats discrimination and prejudice in the workplace and how professionals from all backgrounds can be an agent for change. This Dialogue was moderated by Trudy Steinfeld, Vice-President and Executive Director of the New York University Wasserman Center for Career Development.
