「她的羊肚多漂亮，真的是我在香港吃羊雜最漂亮的一間。羊肉串吃下去的時候，它還是彈彈的，還有些少肉汁，最重要的是有羊味。」名廚Ricky及Snoopy san異口同聲地說。 這天他們相約到太子去吃這間主打重慶風味的羊肉小店。店很小，街坊格局，因老闆娘Wendy來自重慶，所以供應的菜式都是家鄉菜式，八成是羊肉菜式，還有涼拌的麻辣菜式、酸菜魚、水煮魚、麻婆豆腐等等…. 他們一口氣吃了多款羊肉菜式。先來的羊肉串，羊味足夠又不會太羶，吃到肉味和甜味。涼拌羊雜的用料豐富，金錢肚、草肚、羊心及羊腸一應俱全，吃得出有鮮味。羊排的皮脆而有力，羊味恰到好處，肉軟熟加上油脂，入口即化。還有限量供應的羊蹄，皮彈而香，羊味細緻得很。 自家製的羊肉餃不可不吃，皮貼著餡料，滑得來有韌度，羊肉又有咬口。最後還有羊雜湯，湯底沒有藥材，入口只有羊骨味和羊肉味，口感純和，味道純正得很。 「在內地這些店叫做龍鳳店，即是店長是兩夫婦或一對戀人，因她們自己做老闆，做自己喜歡的菜式，用心去做，自然很少會踩雷。」Ricky笑說。 一品鮮羊肉館 地址：太子界限街23號地下C號舖 電話：6902 5539 營業時間：11am-11pm #Ricky講煮講食 #香港名廚 #名廚 #張錦祥 #太子 #重慶 #羊肉 #一品鮮羊肉館 #OrenjiProduction #HKchef #RickyCheung #Ricky #Snoopysan #PrinceEdward #Lamb
