Bought this 09 Audi A6 with a seized 3.0T engine under the guise that it just needed a starter or an access module to activate it. The previous owner replaced the starter and still nothing when turning the key over. Turns out the engine was seized and that's why the starter wouldn't rotate the engine. In this video I will be showing you how to remove a seized Audi A6 C6 3.0 Engine. When these motors are seized you HAVE to pull the torque converter with them, there is no other option. So, unless you have a lift, the whole front end needs to be removed for access. What's even worse is the torque converter is nearly impossible to remove from this seized engine. So, in the next video I'll show you how I had to cut the engine apart to get the torque converter off. This will be a 3-part series consisting of a removal video, a teardown video, and finally a reinstallation video with a freshened up used engine.
