Let's prepare for Christmas and the New Year with pleasure in a pleasant fairy-tale atmosphere, enjoying every day, gradually creating a holiday for ourselves. After all, the time of fairy tales, miracles, good mood, family warmth, happiness and, of course, gifts begins. Christmas cookies "Green Pine Cone" 2 tsp spinach powder (or 20-30 grams of fresh spinach or mint) 90 g butter 70 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar (vanilla extract) 1 egg (medium) 200 g flour 0.5 tsp baking powder Mix butter with powdered sugar + vanilla sugar. Add egg and beat thoroughly. Mix dry ingredients: flour, dried spinach powder, baking powder. Combine flour with butter and knead the dough. Put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Roll a piece of dough into a ball about the size of a walnut or smaller. Form a cone as shown in the video. Put the cookies on a baking sheet and cool the cookies in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~ 10-15 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven. The cookies should not brown, so that the green color does not disappear, but they are well baked.
