They immediately got started with our order - chatting, laughing, and cooking for us all at the same time. The food was outstanding, great balance of flavor, spice, and bitter bile. All the dishes are good, but nothing compares to the raw beef laab (ลาบเนื้อดิบ), one of the ultimate of all northern Thai street food dishes!
