Video Description

Marguerite Alibert (1890–1971) was a French courtesan who became infamous for her connections to high-profile men, including the future King Edward VIII. Born into poverty, she rose through Parisian society as a mistress to wealthy and powerful figures. She later married Egyptian aristocrat Ali Kamel Fahmy but their marriage was tumultuous. In 1923, she shot and killed Fahmy in London’s Savoy Hotel, alleging abuse. Her trial was sensational, yet she was acquitted, possibly due to her past connections with British royalty Become a Channel Member ► https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWCFthsYZHoPDIssCiD-mVQ/join Facebook ► https://www.facebook.com/wellineverofficial Twitter ► https://twitter.com/WellINeverShow Patreon ► https://www.patreon.com/wellinever
