In this video we answer a question about families who feel traumatized after viewing their deceased loved one, especially when there has been a sudden or traumatic death. We hope this answers your question and reiterate that we don't force anyone to view their loved one, and when someone insists on viewing despite our recommendations not to, we are still there to support those family members afterwards and have many specialized avenues of counselling to direct them towards.
