Hey everyone, Justin here from StoryBites. I don't usually speak about these projects on a personal level in the YouTube description, but if you're reading this; hi! 10 months ago, I was very graciously invited to follow Nick Honeyman Zennon Wijlens to film their journey throughout Bali, Indonedia. Little did I know this would lead us to a night of great chats, mind blowing food, and genuine moments of connection with Will Goldfarb at Room4Dessert. Ever since that dinner, I had always wondered what it would be like to step behind the pass with these three far-too-humble chefs, and one month ago, I got the phone call - it was happening. So in celebration of the 9th birthday of Paris Butter, here we have a collaboration dinner that in true spanner-in-the-works fashion could have very well nearly ended in disaster. This is a documentary not about three chefs, but the collective support that every individual in the team plays to pivot and solve problems. It's an open book landscape which is why the industry is progressing so much faster now.
