Master Duel. Of course, any game with a profile as high as this can't exist without finding a few, or shall we say 'many scandals' along the way, and Yu Gi Oh certain has some fun ones. The Tokyo Dome Riot is one of the greatest examples of the insanity some people encountered due to Yu Gi Oh, with a crowd of 55,000 Japanese fans starting to riot because they stopped selling an exclusive pack of cards. There are many more scandals to uncover, such as 4kids rampant censorship of the Yu Gi Oh anime, some hilarious rulings for the Yu Gi Oh trading card game, and two ingenious German players who created the world's longest deck of Yu Gi Oh cards, and subsequently entered it into a tournament.
