Я работаю только с БЗ кремом и по этому все мои украшение и цветы из БЗ крема Я делаю разные торты и пирожные но украшаю БЗ кремом мне нравится с ним работать

Привет мои хорошие! Сегодня у нас с вами тортик Молочная девочка. Подробно покажу как я варю карамель и выпекаю коржи. рецепт коржей:сгущёнка-760гр масло слив-180гр яйца-4шт мука-370гр разрыхлитель-10гр соль-щепотка Карамель:ряженка-160гр сахар-400гр масло слив-160гр инверт.сироп(или мёд)-45 гр сода-1ч.л Крем:сметана-700гр сахарн.пудра-80гр творог-370гр ванилин. Коржи выпекать при температуре 180 градусах,8-10 минут. Диаметр торта-20см.
