费玉清（1955年7月17日－），本名张彦亭，外号“小哥”、“九官鸟”、“演艺圈公务员”，生于台湾台北，籍贯安徽省桐城县，台湾知名歌手及综艺节目主持人。费玉清早年经费贞绫介绍进入当时台北市南京东路著名夜总会“迪斯角夜总会”唱开场，颇受好评。17岁时，参加歌唱比赛，正式出道，成为中国电视公司基本歌星。
