皆さんこんにちは😃 今日は材料をどんどん加えて混ぜていくだけで出来る！とっても簡単。ポイントは【滑らかになるまで混ぜる】材料入れる→滑らかなるまで混ぜるの繰り返しです。加える順番やいつくかのポイントを抑えていただけたらとっても美味しいチーズケーキができますよ！👍 ※オーブンは予め170℃に予熱しておきましょう 15cm丸型 1台分【ボトム】ビスケット 70g バター 30g 【無塩でも有塩でも可】 ※型に敷き詰めたら冷蔵庫に入れておきましょう【ベイクドチーズケーキ】クリームチーズ　　200g グラニュー糖　　　70g サワークリーム1pac 90gor100g 全卵　　　　　　　60g 薄力粉　　　　　　25g 生クリーム35% 200g レモン果汁　　　　1/2 (18g) ＊生クリームは%が高いほど濃厚なチーズケーキになりますが個人的には35%がベストかと... ＊レモン果汁はフレッシュの方を使った方がしっかりした酸味を味わえますよ！【焼成時間】 170℃に予熱しておいたオーブンで 45〜55分焼成。　この動画だと50分で焼き上がりました！自分の好きな焼き色で出してくださいね。曲名「barely」作曲 RYU ITO https://www.youtube.com/@RYUITOMUSIC ⁨
