It's a snack we've loved since childhood. No water added in fillings, preserving pure authentic flavor of Sengkuang/jicama, yam/taro, white radish, and carrot, hand-grated into coarse strips, adding braised peanuts, dried shrimp, and cilantro, enhance wonderful aroma for Guang Jiang. The filling is wrapped in beancurd sheet into long strip and steamed, diagonally sliced into traditional shapes, revealing the beautiful peanut cross-section, and fried until golden brown on both sides. Freshly baked, each one is golden and fragrant. Crispy outer layer, soft glutinous inside. Break apart, reveals filling full of sweet vegetable shreds, crunchy peanuts, and savory dried shrimp. Paired with Thai sweet sour chili sauce, so delicious! Storage Method: Just fry the amount you want to eat, best eaten immediately after fried.
