Today, used milk and matcha powder to make two toned, white original and green matcha snowskin. When snowskin is kneaded just right, clear stamp imprinted pattern, even with stringpull effect when pull apart. The filling is loaded with durian pulp and coconut cream, delicate stringpull texture with fragrance, snowskin also soft glutinous with sweet milky aroma. Yummy~Durian Fans must try. Snowy Mooncake has snow skin as its name suggests, so it’s not baked, made by steaming starch throughout the process. Thus, recommended to store in freezer to keep the original softness and glutinous.
