In 2008, Kit Mak started her career in composing her own cookbooks to share her experience and knowledge in gastronomy. In the following year, she was invited by local TV as the judge and guest show host of a famous programme, “Beautiful Cooking”. She wrote 6 cookbooks. All have received very good response. “真正”傳統意大利千層麵｜肉醬加白汁才是精髓｜5重口感完勝｜太好味必試食譜｜The BEST of the BEST -Authentic Italian Lasagna you should try 英倫🇬🇧煮乜好——“真正”傳統意大利千層麵無得輸 這個千層麵食譜實在太好味一定要和你們分享❤️。肉醬加白汁才是精粹千萬不要 Skip。 我今次不搓皮專注跟你們做好兩個汁： 肉醬和白汁。我看見坊間有一些做法會跳過不做其中一種汁。 Oh No！ 實在太過份了！ 我們要每一口都有麵糰的煙韌軟滑、有肉醬的香濃、加上白汁的奶滑再加上芝士的拉絲和香口，起碼要四五重口感和味道層次才是真正傳統的千層麵，skip 了就無左個神緒了！ 快點做啦！包你地個個都歡喜！ “真係正”意大利千層麵 材料： 乾千層麵 14-16塊 巴馬臣芝士 Parmesan (parmigiano) cheese 100克 Mozzarella cheese 250-300克 肉醬材料： 洋蔥 1個 甘荀 2條 蒜 3粒 意大利煙肉 Pancetta 200克 牛肉 （可牛肉豬肉各半）500克 牛肉湯/雞湯 400克 茄膏 142克 紅酒 250-300毫升 牛油 25克 油 2-3湯匙 鹽少許 白汁 Bechamel sauce材料： 牛奶 700毫升 麵粉 40克 牛油 40克 巴馬臣芝士 Parmesan (parmigiano) cheese 100克 The BEST of the BEST Authentic Italian Lasagna you should try I really want to share with you such great recipe- The BEST Authentic Italian Lasagna EVER I don't make pasta dough this time but focus on making 2 sauces: ragu and bechemal sauce. It is totally unacceptable for those people those skip the béchamel sauce. Oh NO! It is totally acceptable! We should have the chewy texture of the pasta, the richness of ragu, the creamy texture of white sauce and the thick layer of melt cheese to form 4-5 levels and sense of tastes for each bites of lasagna. Please follow my recipe, I am sure you will love it too.
